Spaghetti

Bahan :

  1. 250 gram spaghetti
  2. 200 gram daging sapi cincang
  3. 100 gram keju cheddar parut

Bumbu saus :

  1. ½ siung bawang Bombay, cincang halus.
  2. 3 buah tomat ukuran besar, direbus sebentar, kupas kulitnya, lalu saring dan buang ampasnya.
  3. 5 sendok makan saus spaghetti siap pakai (del monte, dll).
  4. ½ sendok teh bubuk lada putih.
  5. ½ sendok teh garam.
  6. 1 sendok teh gula pasir.
  7. 2 sendok makan olive oil untuk menumis.

Cara memasak :

  1. Rebus spaghetti sampai matang (kurang lebih selama 15 menit). Angkat, tiriskan.
  2. Panaskan olive oil, tumis bawang Bombay sampai harum. Masukkan bubuk lada putih.
  3. Masukkan daging sapi cincang, aduk-aduk sampai berubah warna.
  4. Masukkan puree / sari tomat + gula + garam, aduk rata, tunggu sampai mendidih.
  5. Masukkan saus spaghetti, aduk rata. Tunggu sampai daging matang. Matikan api.

Cara menyajikan : Tata spaghetti di atas piring lalu tuangi saus daging sapi dan taburi keju cheddar parut.
