Mendut / Kue Bugis

Orang Solo atau Jogja menyebut jajan pasar ini dengan nama Mendut. Di daerah lain mungkin disebut Kue Bugis. Kue basah ini berbahan tepung ketan putih (glutinous rice flour), dengan isi berupa enten-enten (B. Jawa, parutan kelapa + gula jawa), lalu diberi saus santan. Cara memasaknya dikukus.
