Stup Pisang

Saat bulan Ramadhan, menu yang satu ini adalah menu favorit untuk mengawali buka puasa. Rasanya segar. Kalau di Jogja, biasanya kita pakai pisang kepok dan kolang-kaling. Karena di Newcastle tidak ada pisang kepok, maka pisang tanduk digunakan sebagai gantinya. Dan karena kolang-kaling di sini kebanyakan memakai pewarna, maka terpaksa tidak menggunakan kolang-kaling.

Bahan :

  1. 2 buah pisang tanduk, potong kecil-kecil.
  2. 3 gelas air.
  3. 3 sendok makan penuh gula pasir.
  4. 1/4 sendok teh garam.
  5. 2 cm kayu manis / cinnamon stick.
  6. 5 buah cengkeh.

Cara memasak :

  1. Didihkan 3 gelas air + gula + garam + kayu manis + cengkeh.
  2. Masukkan pisang tanduk. Tunggu sampai mendidih.
  3. Jika sudah mendidih, tunggu sampai 5 menit. Matikan api. Dinginkan.
