Caranggesing Panggang

Bahan :

  1. 4 buah pisang tanduk yang matang atau 12 buah pisang kepok, dipotong kecil-kecil
  2. 3 butir telor
  3. 2 gelas santan
  4. 6 sendok makan penuh gula pasir
  5. 1/2 sendok teh garam
  6. 1/2 sendok teh vanilla
  7. daun pandan

Cara memasak :

  1. Campur telor, gula, vanilla, dan garam. Masukkan potongan pisang, aduk rata.
  2. Masukkan santan, aduk rata.
  3. Tata potongan daun pandan di dasar  pinggan tahan panas.
  4. Tuang adonan pisang ke dalam pinggan.
  5. Letakkan pinggan di atas loyang yang diberi air.
  6. Panggang adonan dalam oven dengan api sedang sampai matang (sekitar 45 menit, sampai adonan santan dan telor mengental).
